Saturday January 8, 2022 was the worst experience i have ever had. We called for a party of 10. Did not tell us there was a wait. We waited for 2.5hrs before we were seated. Got there for 5:50 we let them know we were there. 6:30 went in to check about the time left. She said about 45 mins. Went back to check was told another hour 15mins. Finally we were seated. However the hosted did not communicate any ways to us as we had 10 ppl that were waiting where we could have went somewhere else. We got bout food the steaks were not cooked right. So we just took our food and left. Horrible experience

01/04/2021 my family and I decided we would eat at texas roadhouse.After a 35 minute wait on a Sunday lets talk about service piss por at best. The waitress was told to go take care of other tables and they sent someone else eventually to serve us. Now at this time I'm ok with it then low and behold they forgot shrimp we had ordered so she asked how many I told her 5 on a stick she came back with 3 and told me the cook said this is what I paid for. I asked her well if I already paid for I said I can leave well I did not receive a ticket yet. She then shows me the ticket and said the cook is being some way tonight. After the wait , the undereducated waitress trying to flirt with every table and the cook that is the shrimp monitor let it be known I can spend my money anywhere but I will never go to this place again. Lesson here is if you work in customer service you need to pro6 customer service.Wish I could give 0 stars on the rating.
