This was the worst dining experience of my entire life. I decided to come to Rootstock with my girlfriend for Valentines Day because it was the only restaurant in Tallahassee that had any availability, I should've seen this as a red flag. Half the Valentine's Day menu, which included 5 items, was sold out. The food took 2 hours to arrive and when we got it it was cold, over cooked, and absolutely tasteless. When we complained the female manager, Susan, came over and actually said "it's better than nothing". She also mocked and made fun of my girlfriend. Of the 3 other tables that were in the restaurant, every single couple left with an argument with the manager and a ruined Valentine's Day dinner. Do not step foot in this disgusting and embarrassingly ran restaurant!!!
