Food on Kauai has been awesome, and Taco Libre is a standout. We stumbled upon it on Sunday and again on Tuesday. Waiting for it to open again Friday has become an obsession. Definitely try the Cali Burrito-ooey-gooey goodness with surprising pops of crunch from the fries, not to mention the savor of tender beef and pork. The folks who run it are friendly and efficient, turning out great flavor in a tiny space.
