Terrible place. I placed a sizable order in May, 2022, and expected delivery in 2 weeks (mail order). Then the excuses came. Until finaly in August I got my credit card company to credit the order, after 6 phone calls to "Tibor" and as many emails. Avoid this guy who is in over his head unless you are a walk-in to his local restaurant.

I have placed an order with tibors gourmet deli on January 22nd ( 2022) . It is February 21st today and I have STILL NOT received my order (!)
I have sent out numerous emails to the email address provided by their website and only one got answered ( finally ) by Tibor Pethő ( assumingly from the owner) with am apology for not getting back to me for so long . That was on February 3rd, and have not heard anything back from them anymore .
After numerous phone calls , a female salesperson finally responded ( that was on February 10th( Thursday) telling me that my order has been shipped . Today is February 21st ( 11 days later) and STILL HAVE NOT received my order yet !.
I tried again calling numerous times and now my phone calls are avoided .
This is how Tibor's Gourmet Deli website / business operates . By deceptive practices and theft of services
