the food is great

Dined there a week ago. Ordered the beef tenderloin medallions to be cooked medium with a baked potato.
The beef was well-done and tough. Ate one of the three medallions told waitress. I was hoping she'd offer to have it made again, or let me order something else, pr adjust the bill. None of those happened. I was charged full price.
Asked for extra butter for potato. Took her 8 min to bring more butter. By then the potato was cold.
Ambiance is good, views are beautiful but focus seems to be on profit , not customer service.
