Looking at a photo I took a year ago of the building's interior, the food at The Flame stood out as exceptional, even dishes I typically don't enjoy elsewhere, such as the shrimp bisque. Working at the USO in Jacksonville, NC, I had the opportunity to experience their catering services at a party, where the delicious spread left a lasting impression. Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic brunch at The Flame, with an array of fresh and delectable dishes, impeccable service from the staff, and a welcoming atmosphere created by Chef Owner Smoke and his team.
