Horrible visit! Went with family to enjoy a nice breakfast. Ordered my food at 1030 and watched customers come in after us, that got served and left. Then new customers came in after them and got served. Food didn't come out until 1135. The pancakes looked undercooked. We had 2 kids in our group that got really bored and usually they can entertain each other. Then I witnessed the cook wiping his sweat off his head with the same glove he then used to pick up the food to put on the plates. The waitress who was really sweet and kind kept asking the cook where the food was at. She was nice enough to apologize to us and said she didn't blame us for walking out. I don't know if the cook was the owner, since it was my first visit and don't know who is who. But he got mad and said "what do you want me to do, I gotta cook 25 pancakes at once" I get it, you're busy on the 4th as you're the only one open. That doesn't excuse you to skip us and serve others 1st. Especially when there are 2 kids that are hungry and the other customers that got served first were adults that definitely could handle waiting. Last time I will go there and definitely gonna share my experience with friends and family. I wish I could rate with a 0 star, but they don't want us to hurt anyone's feelings.
