The service is satisfactory, and while the staff's English fluency may be limited, the overall experience is pleasant. As a chain restaurant, the consistent atmosphere and design, such as the cool orange tree centerpiece, create a welcoming, family-friendly space with delicious and filling dishes, like the Bandeja Tipica, best enjoyed when shared due to generous portions.
