Mizu Hibachi Japanese Fusion has become a favorite for my family and me, thanks to the wonderful food and friendly staff. Chef Chris made our night unforgettable with his entertaining hibachi skills and delicious filet mignon. I'm always excited to try something new from the extensive menu, and the fresh sushi, especially the kani salad and spicy salmon roll, never disappoints!
