The food at Mizu Hibachi Japanese Fusion is consistently fresh and delicious, with highlights like the kani salad, shrimp tempura rolls, and filet mignon hibachi that never disappoint. Chris, the hibachi chef, always creates a fun and friendly atmosphere that the whole family enjoys, and the staff is attentive and welcoming. Whether dining in, enjoying the outdoor seating, or ordering for pickup, the service is excellent and the menu offers a wide variety of fantastic options.

Mizu Hibachi Japanese Fusion has become a favorite for my family and me, thanks to the wonderful food and friendly staff. Chef Chris made our night unforgettable with his entertaining hibachi skills and delicious filet mignon. I'm always excited to try something new from the extensive menu, and the fresh sushi, especially the kani salad and spicy salmon roll, never disappoints!
