I discovered this amazing restaurant that serves the best food I've had in a while. The atmosphere is super chill, and the staff is really friendly. If you're looking for a great meal, you've got to check it out!

I heard this was a family restaurant so I was very excited! The first couple of times that I went, I really enjoyed the food. This place has the ability to be so much more. But whoever owns this place is not there often enough for this restaurant to be consistent. Music is loud. Kitchen is loud. Staff spends most of their time speaking to their coworkers and not focused on the business at hand. Not a really good environment to sit and have a meal. This looks like another case of the parents owning the restaurant and allowing the kids to act like they own the restaurant. Shame.... TODAY'S DATE IS 8/13/24 THEY HAVE A 4.6. Since they do not take their reviews seriously, watch how their reviews continue to dip. Originally rated this restaurant a 3. However, when Management wrote their response and Capitalized "OUR" I realized they did not care so it is now a ONE.

The best customer service everyone is always smiling. The food is hands down the best in virginia beach. This comfort food brings back childhood memories from the tamales to the tacos and dessert. I recommend this 10 out of 10 .

I am away from home. Visiting my sister in Virginia who is In the ICU. She wanted tacos and today was such a big day for her! She was able to get her oxygen levels reduced after 6 days of being admitted into the hospital in intensive care. She was also able to eat for the very first time in 6 days and she was so excited to eat tacos specifically.

We decided to order some tacos from No. 1 Taco in Virginia and we were greeted with the most disgusting acknowledgement while attempting to place an order and obtain clarification on the price difference for guac!!!

Yes, GUAC! A simple response that could have been as easy as "the price difference for the 4 oz is .. and the 8 oz is"¦" but instead we were informed "you should look at the menu and call us back. Most people look at the menu before placing an order" followed by "I can just cancel your order" and a disconnected call. This was entirely after I had already placed my order for my main entrees.

During this entire time, I as the consumer treated this establishment with kindness, politeness, and at no point did it need to escalate to the extreme of having the OWNER JENNIFER state that she would cancel our order and hanging up the phone.

This is disgusting. Not just of myself but to a patient of a nearby hospital who had no eaten in 6 days and JUST WANTED tacos !!! My sister has gone through so much the past few days and she had to witness all of this today.

I am hurt. I am disgusted and i am furious enough to spend all this time writing this review.

I can't believe I am even wasting unnecessary energy and time into this knowing that I have so many other important things that require my attention.

Customer service is very poor and it is ran by an individual who prides theirselves on disrespect, belittling the customer and rudeness.
