During my recent visit to West Jefferson for my anniversary, my wife and I stumbled upon a charming inn called River House, recommended by a local shop owner. The owner, known for her fascinating life story, was a gracious host, and the romantic ambience was perfect for our special evening. The delicious three-course dinner, featuring dishes like Mushroom Crepes and Pan Seared Cod, was truly exceptional, making our anniversary celebration unforgettable.
