You offer potato wedges but what you get is a bunch of potatoes that are cut into thin strips that are dried out and cooked until they're hard. My grandson got choked on them because they were so thin. They are worse than McDonald's fries.

Horrible. The mac and cheese was white and runny, the bbq was dry and so salty we couldnt eat it, the hushpuppies were the size of a pennies... the only good things were the chicken tenders and fries. We got the family meal and an extra lb of bbq... 53.00... a total waste. Called back to complain and they just said they changed owners.

After being in the emergency room till 4 am this morning and having to go back out at 10:30 I thought I would make my day a little bit better by getting breakfast at Butches.I arrived at the business at 10:41. The drive thru menu board clearly states breakfast is served from 6-11am. When I tried to order I was condescendingly and dismissively told that breakfast wasn’t served after 10:30 and that’s “the way it had been for a long time…I don’t know why the sign hasn’t been changed”. This used to be one of the best casual dining restaurants in Morganton but poor customer service and lack of product seems to be the standard there now. Can no longer depend on this restaurant.

Today I ordered over $30 dollars of food from your restaurant. When I got home my order was minus a bun and hush puppies for my orders. Very disappointed. My number is 828-391-1153 if you would like to respond or make this right. I will be waiting to see what happens. I really have know Butch since high school and know he will not like this.

We tried Butch's Barbeque on Friday, May 22 2020. The food was very good as well as the drive up service. The guy who waited on us was very helpful and friendly. Wish I could remember his name. We had the pull pork sandwich, macaroni and okra. The pork was good and moist no dry pieces. The macaroni and okra was also very good. For the price and taste you can't go wrong!

I paid $12.90 for 8 pieces of chicken strips all curled and dried out at Butches in Morganton NC and it was very very over priced for the quality and quantity , I guess just call me stupid but it won,t happen again !

Love Butch's BBQ! I have never had anything there that wasn't good. The bbq and sauces are excellent and we even love the pulled chicken sandwich. We stop at Butch's as frequently as possible when we are traveling. Oh, and the people are always so nice there!

I bought a 5 piece chicken meal with slaw and baked beans and hush puppies and it cost around $9.00 and the chicken was so dried out it was hard to even eat it and the hush puppies was hard as a brick, for the price the food should be very good but its really not, its a rip-off...thanks
