Fuji Yama offers a diverse selection of Japanese cuisine in an elegantly decorated setting, where skilled chefs prepare sushi rolls right in front of you. Despite not being a huge fan of sushi, the crazy crab roll with spicy mayo was an absolute standout and a must-try. The restaurant has been a staple in the East Beltline neighborhood for years, offering hibachi experiences and delicious takeout options, especially the flavorful fried rice.
