John and the crew came through big time with last-minute catering for a Black History Month event, handling every request and change like pros. The food disappeared fast because it was seriously delicious-brisket, fried chicken, greens, mac & cheese, and those hush puppies blew me away. The vibe is cozy with jazz playing, the staff is super friendly, and the authentic soul food keeps me coming back for more every time.

A big thank you goes out to John and the team at Po'Shines for stepping up last minute to cater for a major event celebrating "Black History Month." Their flexibility and attention to detail made the whole process seamless, even with the tight budget we had to work with. The food was a huge hit, disappearing within minutes, and left everyone wanting more, with many asking for their details. Po'Shines truly stands out as an authentic soul food destination in Portland, with delicious dishes, inviting staff, and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I can't wait to return and enjoy more of their amazing offerings.
