Capps food used to be good. The food now is either burned or undercooked. Last couple times we ordered our whole family got sick. We are a family of 6. We ordered couple weeks ago and we all got sick. We also ordered about 2 months ago and all got sick. The need to check there food.

Orwell Capps used to be good but has gone down hill.

Last couple times I ordered from Orwell Capps for was horrible. Pizza was burned. Salad lettuce was brown.. Wrings were cold. The delivery times each time was over an hour. This is wrong. The food should be edible if it takes this long.
I am considering going elsewhere.😭

In the last few weeks I ordered from Orwell Capps and the food took over an HR to come. First time food was cold like it was sitting. I was willing to try again. Second week I ordered food was burned. If you're going to have people wait over an hour for food when their is only 2 people in the house it better be worth the wait.

Nice people at Capps except one of the adult worker's. She is so unprofessional. I don't know how she still has a job. She was rude when she delivered my food to my house and also rude when I picked up items on my lunch break from work.

Went to the Orwell Ohio Capps a few days ago and was wondering why an adult lady(not a teanager) was making a pizza and eating pepperoni and cheese while doing so? She never even washed her hands after eating handfuls of food, she just kept making the pizza. Other people are going to use these iems. I hope she was making this pizza for herself because I definitely don't want her touching my food.
This is gross and unprofessional. I understand people get hungry but ask for a break if your hungry. If you want some cheese and pepperoni get a container and put it in and take a break. Don't reach in the container of cheese and pepperoni and eat while making someone's food.
For goodness sake your a grown lady not a kid or teenager. This is health risk for the customers. I hope people consider this and go elsewhere.
