Just ordered pep and sausage and when it arrived it was burnt! We waited so long for it that we didn't feel like reordering another so we ate what we could. Will never go back!

I regret to inform you that as much as I love your food, of which I order at least once a month, I will no longer order food from you again. This is solely due to your employee YOU sent to deliver our food. You see the kid is a thief, liar, and a pill head. My husband is handicapped and this kid you have hired stole $100 from him... My husband and I do not trust what this kid may do to our food. I just thought I'd share this so you as well do not become a victim.....

The pizza and sandwiches are great and reasonably priced. Customer service BLOWS. On three separate occasions I have received an incorrect order from them and each time they have refused to replace the order. on one occasion I even drove the wrong pizza and the wrong subs back to their shop and they still refused to exchange it for the correct order stating that "the order was written how it was given over the phone, that's the way it was made and sent out" (because everyone who works there is perfect). So after the last experience I reported them to the better business bureau. After a couple weeks I wanted to roll the dice with them again because as I stated above they have good food and are reasonably priced only to find out they stopped delivering to my apartment complex. So all in all get it for carryout if you want to eat at Don Gino's.

OK so I begged my boyfriend for months to try Don Gino's......and I must say it was well worth the weight!!!!!! The best pizzs joint on the West Side of Columbus.... If you are ever on West Broad Street u must try!!!!!

Great pizza and food all around! Delivery never seems to take too insanely long and pricing is reasonable. In other words...It rocks!

Best pizza in Columbus, Have ordered for years and always great Pizza. Great delivery and always fresh ingredients. Better than any chain that I have ordered.

I don't think this place is to stable. It's a weekday for heavens sake and they close at 10:00pm what pizza place closes this early? Just yesterday I called and the Guy told me they close at 11:00. I give up I'm done I'll stick with donatos, they have there stuff together.see ya.
