The pizza at House of Pizza in Chardon is truly exceptional, with a delicious veggie option that stands out. Last time we ordered from here was a couple days ago. The service was terrible. The food was undercooked. The employees were very rude and unprofessional. The wait for our food was long over an HR for pizza.

Now that I calmed down this place has rude employees. Your food wait is over an hour. if you ask how much longer like me you get attitude. It took 1 HR and 48 minutes to our food.

Tried this pizza shop a couple days ago and it was awful.
1. Food was undercooked ( our pizza looked like they never put it in oven. It looked like they just left it on counter then boxed it up. We had to cook it ourself.
2. Wait was over 2 hrs
3. The staff was very unprofessional

The owner should consider hiring new employees or close down. I don't appreciate the attitude I got. I will not go back to them.

Its been a couple days since our order. I had to calm down. The staff at this pizza shop are terrible. They are very unprofessional. I don't appreciate getting told I'm stupid because I asked a question. The best thing this pizza shop could do is to close the doors and look into better staff if not they will loose customers. My family and I won't go back.

I went to this pizza shop a few days ago and was very disappointed. The wait for the food was long. The food was terrible (we threw it out). The worst of our problems was the attitude we got from the employees. If it wasn't for them we would of tried this place again. Every one has crazy hectic days were things go bad. We understand that. But bad attitudes and bad language isn't acceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere. They need to get rid of the attitude and language or close their doors to the public until they get more professional help.

Ordered from this pizza shop and 1/2 the order wasn't cooked all the way. Our pizza was very doughy. Had to put it in my sisters oven. I own a pizza shop in New York and can't believe how undercooked it was. Surprised they haven't been shut down.

Ordered from this pizza shop couple days ago and we got food poisoning. I got it the worst and ended up in ER due to my medical problems.

Placed an large order on Monday November 6, 2023 for Saturday November 11, 2023 pickup. I went to get order and they didn't have it. They said I never called them. When I went home and checked cell phone it showed I called. I even had note on fridge with time of pickup and price.
This large pizza order was for a teenage boy who was just adopted and never had a birthday party or pizza before. Im glad people pitched in and started placing orders at other pizza shops so he could still have a pizza party with friends and family.

It's been a few days since we ordered. Our food was overcooked. Our salad lettuce was brown. Nobody ate because how bad things looked.
1) brown lettuce
2) burned, hard food
This was our first time ordering from them. It will also be the last.

Ive tried this place a couple times. The first time the food was average and
employees were rude. I tried again since the food was average tasting. I thought also the employees would be nicer that they just had a bad day the first time. I was wrong the employees are just rude. I won't be going back.
I don't appreciate being treated bad by rude people. There is other pizza shops in town that the employees are nice.

Food is either undercooked or overcooked. The workers are rude and unprofessional. I won't waist my time going back. As a teenage boy in sports I'm glad there is other fast food restaurants in town with better food and better manners. I tried them a couple times but no more throwing my money away for bad food and service. I hate to say it but I cook better and even my sister is nicer than they are. (that's sad) They only care about the money.
🤔 think about going somewhere else. I will.

We ordered from here and told lady on phone about my sons food allergy. We asked to substitute white American cheese for swiss. She said ok and she will definitely let the cook know. Well to fast forward apparently someone screwed up. My son took a bite of his food not knowing they messed up. He then started coughing and and having difficulty breathing. Had to use eppy pen and go to ER. He is allergic to American cheese.
We contacted the pizza shop next day and girl asked why he ate the food then. How was he to know they didn't follow the directions. They never asked if he was ok. We will definitely not go back. My son could of died.
They only care about the money not the people.

Its been about a week since we ordered from them. We had family emergency so we couldn't do review right away. We ordered two pizzas. One wasn't cooked (looked like they never put it in oven). We had to bake in oven are self. The other was overcooked. It was like a brick. I don't understand how you can screw up 2 items. I'm glad I wasn't having a pizza party. It is amazing how they were cooked since we waited a much longer time for them than they said.

I ordered pizza from this pizza place a couple days ago. My five year old was the first to eat a bite. He said it was nasty. My husband and I first thought he was complaining because he just wasn't hungry because he was tired. We both tried a bite. Our son was correct. My husband took everyones paper plate and threw them out. We all ened up with what I believe was food poisoning.
I'm a ER nurse so I know about this. When I complained I was told that I'm a liar. We won't go back. They lost our business.

Was told my food would take 45 minutes. After 50 minutes I went to pick it up and it wasn't done. I waited an hour and a half for it to be done. When I got home I noticed my pizza wasn't cooked all the way. I had to heat it up in the oven since the crust was very doughy. I don't understand how since I only ordered one pizza. I called and complained the girl just laughed and said better luck next time. There will be no next time. I won't be going back.

Food wasn't cooked all the way. I called and complained and the girl laughed and said it looks like I should stop being lazy and learn to cook. I won't be going back when I'm visiting Ohio. I also will tell my friends and family about my experience. Oh by the way I own a restaurant in Florida.

Was told how long till I got our food. It was slot longer than they said. Food was cold and wasn't cooked all the way. Chicken was bloody and pizza was doughy.

House of Pizza in Orwell has fantastic food but the the service is absolutly terrible! The girls who usually ring you out are rude and act like it is a bother ring you out.

Grand Valley House of Pizza has great food...we have tried many things on the menu and loved everything! Even when they didn't have enough cheese for my fiancées loaded fries, they did what they could to make it right. The prices are good too.
