The moment the first bite of their sashimi touched my tongue, I knew the freshness was unmatched, and each roll held a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The cozy, unpretentious atmosphere allowed the food to truly shine, accompanied by warm, attentive service that made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Despite its simplicity, every dish-from the hearty bento boxes to the vibrant salads-left me completely satisfied, and I'll gladly make the journey back for another taste.

What a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and we left feeling completely satisfied. The service was excellent, and we can't wait to return for more amazing sushi at Sakura Sushi in Albuquerque.
