My Chili burger was not what i needed nor wanted for lunch. I ordered 2 chili cheese burgers and they came open faced and so sloppy. I was just not satisfied with how it was presented And served. It's our families fav burger and we tried out burger basket to see how it is but, Unfortunately we were misinformed about the burger being cut and served with a spoon of chili on top. It was so messy. The chili was not up to par. I just wish they would tell people that in the menu. That's just integrity, I called and Teresa the cashier that day, said that is how they do it and that the manager said that's how he wants it done so she didn't do anything about it. She told me the mangers name was Janet and would not give me her number? I just wanted to go back and have them re make it and give me a normal burger with out surprises. It was a special day and just wanted what i wanted. My husband didn't even finish his burger , he had to like chop it all up and eat it like that. :( I had called and asked why it was cut and I felt like the cashier could have been nicer and not try and make me feel like i messed up my order and should have known? I am new to Oregon and we have been trying out places. She wouldn't give me a time i can call the manager. People travel from different places and you need to put that on your menu. I would hope to recommend this to family and and friends who now come to visit Salem due to us moving out here. Sorry until i get a call about this i will not be recommending Burger Basket as a place to go eat.

I have always enjoyed coming here for many years they always give you a good helping of food the milkshakes are awesome and the customer service is as well!!!!!
