The bakery only accepts cash payments and sometimes sells out of treats. I recommend trying the empanadas de carne and pan de Bono, but I found the chicarrón to be lacking crispiness. The coffee is enjoyable, especially black or with warm milk. The dining area could use some updates, so I prefer taking my food to go. Despite the simple ambiance, the Colombian bakery offers delicious and affordable treats, providing a taste of Colombia in New Jersey. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience with traditional dishes like salami con arepa and exotic fruit shakes.
