the perch melts in your mouth. we drive over an hour just to buy their fish. AMAZING!!

New Sandusky Fish Company was over rated and very disappointing. My first time here and my friend's fried mushrooms were still frozen in the middle, my fish was undercooked and tasted like it was covered in grease soaked dough instead of breading. I asked for them to fix it by either refrying it or trade it for pieces that were golden and not white and doughy. He refused to do either,instead he snatched my food, slammed his register open, and threw my money across the counter at me. I DID NOT ask for my money back, I politely and assertively informed him that this was my first time at the establishment and I was very displeased at the food and now, the service too. I certainly would've taken a picture of how undercooked my fish was if I knew he was going to take it from me without resolving the problem. Needless to say I was very underwhelmed, and embarrassed at how I was treated when I asked for my fish to be fried til cooked or replaced instead of paper white and doughy.
