You should try this cozy family-owned restaurant serving delicious Chinese food, like homemade comfort meals. The General Tso's chicken combo and ribs were both flavorful with generous portions, making it the standout option for Chinese cuisine in St. Paul. Despite occasional inconsistencies in the dishes, the friendly service and overall quality make it worth a visit, even with limited parking space.
