I left a review a little while back because Zaxbys this location has been getting my orders wrong in a consistent manner lately. I don't know what is going on at this location but something needs to change. My last review apparently got their attention and I received a message asking me to send Zaxby's a Facebook PM with my contact number, so I did with NO RESPONSE. I usually get good service at Zaxby's but this location has really gotten on my nerves. So since my last review we apparently haven't learned. Not including our previous order where we paid extra for Honey mustard that we did not get because they give us one dressing for a salad that requires TWO. We ordered salads once again, as I always order the FRIED cobb salad that comes with FRIED chicken, BACON and toast. Well once again they give me GRILLED chicken, NO BACON, NO TOAST & NO EXTRA HONEY MUSTARD that we once again paid extra for. I used to be able to order here and not have to check. Well when we order for EVERYONE at the office we do not have time to check EVERYTIME that these people are doing there JOB that they are getting PAID to do. I am in customer service and I sell products that range from $2K-$200K. It is NOT my customers responsibility to check and make sure I am doing my JOB correctly and they are getting what they PAY for.
