After several visits this winter, I can confidently say the dining area has gotten much cleaner and more organized, making it comfortable to enjoy the fantastic pho once again. The broth still packs that rich, flavorful punch I crave, and the portions are generous enough to keep me coming back for more, especially the signature beef pho (though I'll skip the tendon next time). With tasty rice dishes, fresh spring rolls, and fried wontons rounding out the menu, this cozy spot has definitely earned its spot as my favorite go-to for authentic Vietnamese comfort food around here.

I have revisited Pho Cali multiple times recently and was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. The pho is still fantastic and remains my favorite in the area, with outstanding broth and service.
