We decided to try NY Style based on reviews and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and excellent service, despite a few minor hiccups in the ordering process.

Vero Beach location - I ordered wings and knots to-go for my office, but the wings were so hard and dry they weren't edible and the knots were black on the bottom and shriveled up from being so burned. When I called the restaurant to explain this, they argued with me and then hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls after that. I will never return to this restaurant and do not recommend it to anyone.
