The low carb eggplant lasagna was a revelation; I can't stop thinking about it and am tempted to stock up for my freezer. I heard great things about their fajitas and was extremely disappointed. just a bunch of unseasoned chunks of meat and veggies. I personally have an OCD for consistency so when the food came out looking like that I was unhappy. I wasn't gonna post this but then I remembered there was dried food stuck to 2 of my plates when i sat down.

We ate at Rick's a few months ago and found the same problems again this time The baby back ribs were dried out, probably made at least the day before, with a sauce spread over them to "freshen" them up. What a shame! We had been eating there for more than 25 years. It seems we must cross Rick's off our go to list.
