My wife and I celebrated her birthday with a reservation, and from the complimentary valet to the attentive staff who greeted us warmly and personalized our table, the experience was impressive. The food was exceptional, with perfectly cooked steaks and attentive servers like Katana, Eric, and Hannah who ensured everything met our expectations, even during busy times. While the atmosphere was generally welcoming and professional, there was a disappointing encounter with a manager whose behavior felt unprofessional and biased, but overall, the service and quality made for a memorable dining experience.
