If you or someone you know has a flour allergy, this pizza joint in Channahon or Minooka is a dream come true. The manager's pride in the restaurant shines through, and the staff is so friendly and attentive that even a big lunch group felt like VIPs. Between the delicious deep dish loaded with green peppers and mushrooms and the consistently great service, I'm already planning my next visit!

The restaurant in Minooka is a great choice for those with flour allergies. The manager was friendly and the food was delicious, making for a wonderful experience.
