Been going to Planks for years and this is the first time I have ever written a review for any restaurant.
Our food was taking a long time and it finally came out missing a pizza that was for my nephew (10) and brother in law. I know things happen but we heard nothing about the missing pizza. Everyone else at the table was finished eating still no pizza and no info. Went up to the bar to speak with Scott the manager. Where I was told that the situation did not matter to him and that it was irrelevant that other tables had received their pizzas and we hadn’t. Just a “there’s nothing I can do about it”! And he just walked away. He did however have time to stand by the door and look at his phone. Staff all seemed like they needed a helping hand, the kitchen definitely did, but I guess that was irrelevant to Scott also.
