As someone Jamaican myself who has had plenty of authentic island cuisine, I thoroughly enjoyed the jerk chicken and rice and peas at Higher Level in Reading, PA, with its great food, nice staff, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere that offers a taste of the Caribbean for those looking for a delicious meal.
