After a tiring day, I craved a satisfying meal and decided to try out a new dining spot. The manager, Joe, went above and beyond to personally cook for us and ensure our experience was enjoyable, despite facing unexpected challenges with the staff. The food may have fallen short in some aspects, but Joe's exceptional customer service and effort truly made the visit memorable and worth it.
