I typically visit the Kings Drive location but decided to try this new one for our Clinical Supervisor's birthday celebration at work. The arrangement was stunning, featuring a beautiful cheesecake, but unfortunately, it arrived with the cheesecake smashed. However, the exceptional customer service I received turned the situation around; the manager personally delivered a replacement just in time for the event, and I truly appreciate their dedication to ensuring everything was perfect.
