The staff impressed me with their professionalism, kindness, and wonderful sense of humor, each one remembering me personally. Although the property shows its age and could benefit from some TLC, the hot and tasty breakfast made the stay enjoyable, and thanks to Shannon from Corporate Guest Relations, I was able to resolve my issue with a full credit despite my reservations about the local GM's handling of the situation.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly, remembered me, and had a great sense of humor. The property is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up, but breakfast was delicious, and I would definitely come back. I was able to get a full credit from Hilton Guest Assistance to resolve an issue, and even though I didn't like how the local GM handled things, Shannon from Corporate Guest Relations was a big help, so I'll stick with the Hilton brand.
