Last year, Jeremy and I took my mom to experience ramen beyond the instant noodles she was used to, and she absolutely loved it. More recently, we introduced her to Vietnamese cuisine, where she surprisingly chose grilled shrimp, pork, and egg roll vermicelli instead of pho, which Jeremy and I enjoyed together. The broth was rich, the meat tender, and the portions generous, making it a satisfying and authentic meal that left me eager to explore more dishes there.
