During my recent visit to Syracuse, I decided to try out The Gem Diner for breakfast after staying at the Aloft hotel. The diner has a warm and friendly small-town atmosphere with a diverse menu offering plenty of choices. Despite a short wait on Saturday morning, the service was efficient and the food, including the large plate-sized pancakes, was satisfying. If you're looking for a classic diner experience with good food and prompt service on the north side of Syracuse, The Gem Diner is a great option to consider.
