I'm saddened to see that my go-to dining spot has closed, as it held so many cherished memories with my spouse. The flavors at this rural restaurant were simply divine, from the velvety potato and leek soup to the perfectly cooked filet mignon in a decadent bordelaise sauce. The farm-to-table concept was evident in each dish, especially in the hearty pork chop and the refreshing salads.
