The fresh and flavorful dishes, especially the ceviche and roasted chicken, truly showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine with a modern twist, making each bite memorable. Our first dining experience in Miami was satisfactory, with prompt seating and a pleasant surprise of complimentary fried corn. The Ceviche Merkado was a standout, featuring fresh fish and crispy calamari complemented by sweet potato. While the Pescado a Lo Macho was creamy and generous in portion, a touch of spice would have enhanced the overall flavor.
