Love this RESTAURANT, THEY ARE VERY GOOD! GREAT SELECTIONS OF THE BEST PUERTO RICAN DISHES..LOVE THE MOFONGO, ARROZ, HABICHELAS,FRITURAS, ENSALADAS, YUMMY,DESERTS. ITS SIMPLE PASS BY AND TRY THE MOFONGO WITH SALAD, OR FRIED PLANTAINS.

I will say going there I really don't like due to the fact that they favour the customers that go there every day. I go there but not as much I know the male owner recognised me he always says Hi. I truly think they should train all employees to say Hi to each customer's that comes in. We are all paying customers And not only that my complaint is more the food The food is salty today I order a large & it look like I got a medium i was sharing my plate this day & the prices are high I do understand because of the pandemic . And my thing is when I ask for this plate the young lady that was serving me I'm looking at her and she placing bone's on my plate & she close the lid & ready to cash me out & I said to her I'm not paying for bone's that you put in my plate their meat their you really going to charge me for rice & bone's so I ask her if she could take one of the chicken breast from the warmer up top & charge me as the meal & she went to the lady owner that's always RUDE when I go in their she looked up & was like No !!
AND told her employee their's more in the big warmer !So I had to wait longer for the employee to take out the other to put the other one in & Wipe up the spill And then finish serving me. I'm a store manager and at this point I feel like the owner lady shouldn't help her employee at this point instead of having me wait longer. She had should just gave me the chicken breast made it a meal with the price they charging .The owner act like she was going to loss money. But I Loss money every time I order from here cause I throw out my food Losing money every time I order from here cause I throw out my food Even the person I was sharing did not like the food and it was thrown out I even took a picture. Thank you
