Establos has been a favorite of mine for nearly a decade, offering a family-run market with a vast selection of fresh meats. Their chorizo is truly exceptional and their Sunday morning menudo is a must-try. The establishment's system of ordering at the front register and picking up your meal at the back meat counter is efficient, allowing for a quick and enjoyable dining experience.
