Best food in Palm Coast. You want fresh ingredients and made to order you have gone to the right place. The owners are great, very friendly and always willing to do everything for the customers. Everyone try this restaurant and you'll be hooked.

Always a pleasure dining here. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but what puts this restaurant above and beyond is the chef and owner. Upon hearing we were vegan he immediately came out to speak with us asking what ingredients and pasta we liked and custom made a dish for us each! They were both different and EXACTLY what we were craving. The quality of ingredients are superb as well. After dinner he came back out to see how we liked everything and spoke with us for about 20 minutes. He is such a nice person with a huge passion for what he does. He truly loves his job and going the extra mile to make each individual happy. He said anytime we are thinking of coming in to give him a heads up and he will have some vegan dishes prepared for the elegant dining nights. Whether you are vegan or not, you will definitely be catered to at Giabella! Best Italian in the area, I guarantee.
*Note: The first time we came it was super busy and we did not meet the owner at that time, although we still got a delicious vegan dish. The second time there were only a few tables and he had the time to personally come out and had remembered a table coming in the week before ordering vegan dishes and wanting to come out to speak with us, but not having the opportunity to do so.
