A helpful tip is to invest in a sashimi platter to-go, ensuring a hassle-free consumption experience, especially during extended flights with its spill-proof plastic containers; and consider checking it in as part of your luggage for convenient transport to the departure gate. Please note, my personal preferences led me to bypass rice and California rolls during these evaluations.
