The burger I had was delicious and the service was fast, which was important since I was at work. The meat was cooked well done but still juicy and not dry. I would suggest asking if they can adjust the doneness level next time. Despite the slow service, the food was tasty, especially the Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. The prices were a bit high for a food truck, but the quality of the burger was one of the best I've had from a mobile vendor.
