This donut shop down the street has been a favorite for my family for years, especially on special occasions like my daughter's birthday. The staff treats everyone with warmth, making the experience even sweeter, and their donuts are simply delicious-each bite melts in your mouth. We love the variety, from glazed options to unique flavors and tasty breakfast sandwiches, making it a must-visit whenever we're in the area!

This has been my favorite donut shop for awhile, mostly because of the customer service I received. The young woman and her co- worker have been very polite, and generally still are. However, when I went in to talk to them about being overcharged according to the posted prices on the menu board & was told the menu prices were 8 years old, I was treated with a platitude of respect and calmness, but the tone and stature changed and I was dismissed.

I do understand that prices are skyrocketing right now-we experience that everywhere we go-all of us do. I did not ask for a refund or argue about paying the price I was charged. I did, however, suggest changing their posted prices. If the prices can't be used, they need to come down. This is known as false advertising. I was told that I could choose to go elsewhere, which is very true. It is a free enterprise system and I do have that choice. But as a business owner, you are not helping your business when you don't honor the prices. I was told that they routinely let people know that the prices have gone up 10-15 cents per item and everyone has been okay with it. I am okay with it, too. But I was not told when placing my order that it would be between 8-10 dollars more than shown on the menu. When I asked for the number of the owner, I was told I was challenging her & told to have a nice day, that she had other customers to deal with.

I do regret that I told the man coming in as I left to be careful-the prices aren't as shown. That wasn't mature of me. However, exercising my rights in the free enterprise system in a fair and rational way is to post this type of review.
