Having recently moved to the area, we wanted to try lots of new places. We'd read favorable reviews for this cafí© and decided to try it. First, if you like ambiance or dí©cor, don't go; this place has neither. The furniture is a hodgepodge of folding tables and stackable chairs. The floor is painted concrete that hasn't been repainted in at least 10 years. The server, a pleasant young woman, did just the minimum.

My wife and I both ordered pastrami and fries. The pastrami was flavorful, albeit pretty fatty. The fries ............... oh, my goodness, the fries were awful. They had enough grease that I could have lubed my truck and had plenty to spare.

For a place with no ambiance, middling service and only mediocre food, the price was too high, too.

This is now on our "do not go to" list.
