I wish I had captured the essence of my meal through photos to share with others. The array of dishes I indulged in included chicken and beef patties, fried fish, stewed chicken, rice and beans, and plantains, each bursting with delicious flavors. The traditional Haitian long grain rice used here adds an extra layer of authenticity that sets it apart from other Kreyol kitchens in the area. The patties, though filled with exceptional flavors, are a bit overwhelming with their excess pastry, yet the taste is worth the messy indulgence.
