If I could put a - in front of that star I would! Friday eve/Saturday morning I decided to order from Santoras for the first time. I was told my pizza would be delivered in one hour. After an hour and forty-five minutes, I was finally able to reach someone at the store. Ten minutes before closing. Whew! Made it, I thought. Guy on the phone was nice enough, said the driver had been gone 30 minutes and had 4 deliveries. He tried to call him, but got no answer and assumed he was with a customer. I was reassured that my pizza was on its way. IT NEVER CAME. I sat outside for over 20 minutes after I got off the phone. I WAITED for almost 3 hours. I was charged for the pizza, that I never got!
The next day I call the store to get a refund and I speak to Amanda, "the manager". She boldface lied to me. Tries to tell me that they had tried to call me to tell me that I am not in the delivery area and I didn't answer! I'm SORRY that you're a liar AMANDA....If that were true, then why is there no missed calls on my phone? AND, explain to me why my card was charged, not to mention the entire conversation I had with one of your employees @ 4 a.m. promising that my pizza was on it's way?!?
When I bring all these things to her attention, she YELLS at me. "Well, what am I supposed to do? I'm refunding your card!"
WOW, now that's customer service!
Now, it's Tuesday. NO REFUND YET
Hmm, what to do?
Call the store? OK
Amanda, again.
May I speak to your superior Amanda?
"Oh, well if you can reach him...."
Contact info Amanda?
"You have to call him here, Anthony Santora. "
When?
"When he's here"
When is that?
"Just whenever. He's in and out."
WOW, now that's customer service!
