I consider myself a good judge of a sushi eatery. I am a foodie, and I'm a cook. Freshness is number one to categorize a good restaurant. Presentation, ambience, the staff, all play into the experience. Having said all of that, Ajisai checks all the boxes. I have ventured out and tried many sushi eateries in the triangle. My number one vote is for Ajisai. The food is superb and extremely fresh. I know the staff very well, and I do discuss with them the freshness of their top grade tuna. unfortunately, not all sushi eateries buy and serve the best grade of tuna. I would recommend this top notch sushi restaurant to everyone local, and visitors.
