This local spot offers a step above your typical Northwoods Fish Fry experience. The perch I enjoyed was crispy, tender, and moist, accompanied by delicious sides like cole slaw, baked beans, tartar sauce, and perfectly seasoned French fries. The real star of the meal was the fresh baked rye bread, crusty on the outside and tender on the inside, served with real butter. While not directly on the lake, the restaurant provides glimpses of the water through its wide windows, creating a clean and open atmosphere perfect for families. We will definitely be back to enjoy this elevated fish fry experience again.
