PROTIP: If you order from Mug's do it though Grubhub so you have recourse if something goes wrong.

Ordered a pizza at 3:56.

Approximate delivery time was 4:56.

Order did not arrive until 5:39, 43 minutes after the given delivery time.

I called the restaurant at 5:11, 15 minutes after the delivery time. Was told the delivery guy just left so it should arrive momentarily. I thought likely story but fine.

At 5:26, a half hour after approximate delivery time, the delivery guy arrives, looks at a piece of paper and DRIVES AWAY. I called the store asking if they could get in touch with the delivery guy because I thought he may have been confused if he was at the right place.

At 5:36, 40 minutes after the delivery time, I call the store again asking to talk to a manager.

As I am on hold, the delivery guy arrives again at 5:39, 43 minutes after the delivery time. I said I don't want it, it's probably cold, you've been driving around with it for 10 minutes (Actually 13 minutes). I shouldn't have said the cold bit because he assured me it was warm. He explained he forgot the 2 liter I ordered with it. I just took the pizza and hung up the call.

The pizza was soggy and watery from sitting in the bag for 2 trips from the store to my place. 25 bucks wasted. Thanks.
